Initial Setup

Unpack and Prepare

  • Remove all packaging materials and protective tape

Solution: Turn off printer, remove all paper, check for torn pieces, clean paper feed rollers, use correct paper type.

Scanner Not Working

Solution: Install Brother ControlCenter, update scanner drivers, check USB/network connection, restart Windows Image Acquisition service.
