Initial Setup

Unpack and Prepare

  • Remove all packaging materials and tape from the printer

  • Download HP Smart App from App Store or Google Play
  • Open the app and create an HP account or sign in

  • Follow the app instructions to connect to Wi-Fi

  • Open HP Smart App and sign in or create account
  • Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your mobile device
  • Tap "Add Printer" and select your HP printer

Common Troubleshooting

Printer Not Found

Solution: Ensure printer is powered on and connected to the same network. Restart printer and router if needed.

Driver Installation Failed

Solution: Download latest drivers from HP support website. Run as administrator and temporarily disable antivirus.

Wi-Fi Connection Issues

Solution: Check Wi-Fi password, move printer closer to router, or reset printer's network settings.
